In our busy world it can be easy to feel like you have lost yourself. Through journaling and somatic practices anyone can make the journey back to the center of your self where we can find the peace and respite from our busy lives.
Workshop participants will learn how to explore and express themselves through journaling explore EFT/TFT practice and utilize other mindfulness techniques in this 1 1/2 hour workshop.

About the host:
Erin J. Bauman has been a freelance writer educator and poet for the past 15 years. She has a BA majoring in English minoring in History and Gender Studies an Orton-Gillinham certificate EFT/TFT Practitioner certificate and she is a certified children's yoga instructor along with other certifications pertaining to mental wellness and trauma informed practice.
As an educator Erin specializes in English instruction behaviour modification/mindfulness and
children's yoga. She has also worked with students of all ages in a variety of disciplines including block printing and jewelry making.
As well as having professional experience assisting and instructing in the writing education and mental health fields Erin has done extensive work on a personal level using journaling and techniques like EFT/TFT to help her explore her own self and to become the person she wants to bring to her community and our world.
