Yoga has serious benefits for everyone and anyone but especially when it comes to kids learning should be fun!!
The Om Work Guru (trained by KAY) offers children (and their parents) an opportunity to learn about relaxation and mindfulness while keeping them engaged with games and music.
Classes are open to children ages 6-12 and children 10 and under should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Drop ins are also welcome but only 10 people will be able to attend so registration is encouraged to save your space.
